Privacy Policy

How we handle your data when you visit the RADIHALT website. We believe in transparency and minimal data collection.

Last updated: April 2026 (revised to reflect ad attribution tracking and Buy with Prime checkout)

Introduction

RADIHALT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at radihalt.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our Site, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Our Site is an informational website. We do not operate a checkout system, do not require account creation, and do not process payments. All product purchases are handled through Amazon.com. This means the data we collect directly is minimal.

What information do we collect?

We collect minimal personal information through this Site. There are no user accounts, checkout flows, or payment processing on radihalt.com.

Email Newsletter: If you voluntarily subscribe to our email newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this solely to send you EMF protection tips, product updates, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

We also collect anonymous analytics data gathered automatically when you visit our Site, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source that brought you to our Site
  • General geographic region (country/city level, not precise location)
  • Device type, browser type, and screen resolution
  • Operating system

This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

If you contact us via email at support@radihalt.com, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Google Analytics cookies— We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Site. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) to distinguish unique users and throttle request rates. These cookies do not identify you personally.
  • Google Ads conversion cookies— If you reach our Site via a Google ad, we set cookies (and use Google Ads tags) to measure whether the click resulted in a meaningful action (such as visiting our Amazon product listing or completing a Buy with Prime purchase). This is used solely for ad performance measurement.
  • Ad attribution storage— We store the ad click identifiers that ad networks attach to URLs (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid) and your UTM tracking parameters in a first-party cookie and localStorage entry for up to 90 days. This allows us to attribute conversions back to the original ad campaign. These identifiers are not personally identifying.
  • Microsoft Clarity— We use Microsoft Clarity to analyze how visitors use our Site through aggregated heatmaps and anonymized session recordings. Form inputs and sensitive content are masked by default. Clarity may set its own cookies for session continuity.
  • Buy with Prime cookies— If our Site offers Buy with Prime checkout and you choose to use it, Amazon will set cookies on your device to authenticate your Amazon account and process the order. These cookies are governed by Amazon’s privacy policy.
  • Essential cookies— Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, such as those related to security and basic site performance.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use cookies for behavioral retargeting on third-party social platforms.

Third-Party Services

Our Site relies on a small number of third-party services:

  • Google Analytics — Provides website traffic analytics. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Amazon.com— All product purchases are completed on Amazon. When you click a link to Amazon from our Site, you are subject to Amazon’s privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your purchase details or payment information from Amazon.
  • Vercel — Our Site is hosted on Vercel’s platform. Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP addresses for security and performance purposes. Vercel’s privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Google Ads— We measure ad performance through Google Ads. Google’s privacy policy applies to data collected through their ad cookies and conversion tags.
  • Microsoft Clarity — Provides anonymized heatmap and session recording analytics. Microsoft’s privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
  • Buy with Prime (Amazon)— If you complete a purchase using Buy with Prime, Amazon processes your order, payment, and shipping. Amazon’s privacy policy governs this transaction.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following options for controlling your data:

  • Opt out of Google Analytics — Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Cookie controls— Most web browsers allow you to manage or block cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
  • Do Not Track— We respect Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. When we detect a DNT signal, we do not load non-essential analytics scripts.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information beyond server logs, these rights apply primarily to any correspondence you initiate with us via email.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information. To make a data-related request, contact us at support@radihalt.com.

Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Server logs maintained by our hosting provider are retained in accordance with Vercel’s data retention policies.

Email correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for reference.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@radihalt.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
