About the Product
A conductive copper/nickel inner textile can attenuate RF energy along the path it covers. Place the blanket between a wireless device and the area you want to shield. Frequency, gaps, folds, and placement affect the result.

Each order includes one RADIHALT blanket and a care instruction card. No unnecessary packaging or filler materials.
The blanket is not a signal jammer. A connection can change when the fabric covers an antenna, so keep device vents open and check the connection in your intended setup.
The blanket has a cotton outer layer and a conductive inner textile. To care for both layers, hand wash with mild or neutral detergent, then hang dry. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and harsh detergent.
Materials & Science
RADIHALT uses a 100% cotton outer layer and an inner Faraday fabric composed of 60% polyester, 32% copper, and 8% nickel.
Published experiments on copper/nickel-coated polyester specimens show how a conductive textile attenuates RF power under controlled test conditions. They also show why frequency, openings, and sample arrangement matter. RADIHALT uses a copper/nickel conductive inner layer.
For a practical comparison, keep an RF source and suitable RF meter at fixed positions. Record a baseline, place the blanket fully across the direct path, then repeat without moving the equipment. Phone call bars are not a calibrated shielding measurement.
5G uses multiple bands. Conductive textiles can attenuate RF energy when they cover the path; reduction varies by frequency, distance, and coverage. A published copper/nickel-coated polyester textile experiment measured 53 dB at 1.5 GHz on its tested sample. At a tested frequency, 20 dB and 40 dB correspond to 99% and 99.99% less transmitted RF power through the material.
Care & Maintenance
Hand wash below 40°C with mild or neutral detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Hang dry with the cotton side out, and cool iron only the cotton side.
Fold it after it is dry and store it where it will not be abraded or crushed by sharp objects. Follow the care instructions included with the current product.
Follow RADIHALT's care instructions and inspect the fabric for wear. Gentle hand washing and careful storage help protect the conductive inner layer.
